Ben Burns grew up under the hood of a car. As a third Generation automotive technician, you could say the business is in his blood. He worked at his father’s shop on and off his entire life. In 2009 he got serious about honing his craft. Surrounded by a team of skilled professionals and a father who lived and died by the wrench, he gained hands-on experience and developed a customer-first mindset that would become a cornerstone of his career. In 2012, Ben Burns moved to Colorado with his family, taking a position as a technician in Breckenridge. While the role allowed him to continue his work with European vehicles, he quickly realized that the pay wouldn’t be enough to support his growing family. This realization led to a pivotal moment that drove Ben to think bigger; The industry needed to change and automotive technicians needed to be given a path that would allow them to make a livable wage. This led Ben to start searching for a business where he could put his beliefs into play.
