A History of Auto Repair Customer Service
Out of respect for the original owner, we have retired the Leo's Automotive name. We have changed our name to Pearl Street Garage. Although the name has changed, we still have all of the same great staff and service that you have come to know and trust.
Leo’s Automotive was opened on July 5, 1984 by Leo Sr. and Leo Jr. Their concept of a successful business included the following goals:
- Treat the customer the way you would expect to be treated.
- Vehicle safety and vehicle reliability is a priority and CAN be accomplished at a fair price.
- Strive to keep the customer educated because an educated customer makes responsible decisions for their vehicle.
- Customers need to be notified if expensive repairs or maintenance is needed in the future so they can financially plan for it.
In September of 1999 Leo Sr. passed away but the concept of Leo’s Automotive was carried forward by Leo Jr. for almost two decades. Pearl Street Garage ( formerly Leo’s Automotive) and it's valued customers are now under the care of Ben and Kristine Burns.

What is an ASE Master Mechanic Certification?
ASE is another name for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. An ASE certified Technician has been instructed and tested on how to perform maintenance on a vehicle.
Possessing an ASE Master Technician Certification means the mechanic has passed all certification tests available, and the mechanic has also documented at least two years of hands-on work experience.
